Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the STYLR app and the stylr.world websites, operated by STYLR LLC ("STYLR", "we"). By using STYLR you agree to them.

The service

STYLR lets you post outfit photos as battles, vote on other people's battles, and build a style profile. STYLR is currently in private beta; features may change, break or be withdrawn while we build.

Your account

You must be at least 13, give accurate information, and keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You give STYLR the licence needed to host, display and share them as part of the service, including in battle links you or others share. Post only content you have the right to post, and nothing unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or targeting private individuals for abuse. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Votes and battles

Votes are final once cast. Battle outcomes are determined by user votes and the battle clock; we do not alter results. Manipulating votes through fake accounts or automation is prohibited.

The service is provided as is

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STYLR is provided without warranties, and our liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (currently nothing, while the beta is free).

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
